Pupdate about... boundaries

Humans are obsessed by boundaries. There are always places that you can't go, things you shouldn't do and unknown rules you should follow.
What they don't seem to notice is that animals are not bound by this same strange human etiquette. It really is an oddity of their species.
For example, is a bird forbidden to poo on your human's head? That would be ridiculous.
Is your human surprised when foxes disrespect the boundary of the garden fence? No.
Most frustrating of all, would your human ask a squirrel to avoid picnic areas in the park? They would not (though, frankly, they should).
So why is it that humans want dogs to play by their rules? I cannot read. I do not see what the point of a fence is. And I will poo where I like.
There is no such thing as a secure field.
