Our books are printed and shipped to order. Please see estimated production times below.
UK
Books, Journals and Notebooks
Our UK printers aim to ship within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. This can be longer during busy periods (5-7 working days).
If you are buying a gift, we recommend that you allow 10 working days for production and delivery to ensure that your item is received in time.
Custom Journals and Notebooks
Please allow 1-3 working days for design.
Our printers aim to ship within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. This can be longer during busy periods.
If you are buying as a gift, we recommend that you allow at least 15 working days for design, production and delivery to ensure that your item is received in time.
Custom Books
Please allow 10-15 working days for design.
Our printers aim to ship within 5-7 working days of receiving your order. This can be longer during busy periods.
If you are buying as a gift, please tell us this at the ordering stage. We recommend that you allow at least 30 working days for design, production and delivery to ensure that your item is received in time.
If you need your book ready for a particular deadline, please tell us when you order.
The rest of the world
Books, journals and notebooks
Production takes at least 5-7 working days.

Delivery
We deliver to UK, EU and US.
- Delivery is charged separately at checkout, where you can select your preferences.
- Please note that the UK and EU are supplied from UK distributors. The US and Canada are supplied by US distributors.
- Items are only considered lost 7 days after their expected date of arrival.

EU customs and taxes
We deliver to the EU from our printer in the UK. Our printer sends all books Despatch Duty Unpaid, which means that any customs or taxes are charged at the point of delivery.
Books are usually considered exempt from customs duties, but VAT for your country will be charged. We recommend using a customs calculator to estimate the cost.
UK delivery estimates
Below are the estimated timings for the most popular UK delivery options:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-5 working days (aim within 48 hours)
Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-3 working days (aim within 24 hours)
Delivery Group Tracked Economy: 3-4 working days
Delivery Group Tracked Priority: 1-2 working days
We recommend selecting priority tracked postage if you need your parcel to arrive for a particular time.
Returns
