Snow Fox Arts sometimes collects personal information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, age and email address. This happens in the circumstances below. 

Mailing list

If you sign up to our mailing list, we will store your information (name and email address) for the purpose of sending you blogs, news and activities. We will not share your information with any third parties, and we will not contact you for any other purpose.

You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. If you have any queries please contact publishing@snowfoxarts.com.

Story Wall

Our story wall is published on our website, Instagram and Facebook. By sending us your image or story, you are agreeing to allowing us to share it through these channels. 

We will credit you using your first name and your age, unless you tell us to do it differently. Copyright of the work remains with the original artist and this will be stated in all our communications. 

We will collect information about you including your age, email address and full name, for the purpose of communicating with you and showcasing your work.

We will only use your original creation and contact details for the purposes of the story wall. If you wish to join our mailing list, you have the opportunity to do this separately.

If you would like to amend or remove your work from our website, please send us an email: publishing@snowfoxarts.com. We will action your request as soon as possible.

While we will make every effort to represent your work accurately and to reserve your rights on our website and social media platforms, Snow Fox Arts is not responsible for how the work is shared or used by third parties.

Inspire us: publication projects

We are a community publisher who asks for input and inspiration from our community to create our books. This includes requests for photographs of your pets and information about their characters.

This information is used as a basis for our hand drawn digital artworks and to inspire our fictional stories. 

By submitting your photographs and information about your pet you are agreeing to Snow Fox Arts using them to inspire its fictional characters and stories. Use of this information is not guaranteed, but any pets that inspire our artwork will be acknowledged. Owners will also receive a free copy of the book.

All rights of the text and images within the book will be reserved to Snow Fox Arts. Profits from the organisation, which includes profits from books sales, are given to charity.

All rights of the pet images sent to us will be reserved to the original photographer. We may wish to include a photograph of your pet in our communications. If so, we will ask for your permission to do this, and provide credit to you.

We will store your personal contact information with the sole purpose of contacting you with relation to a specific publication project. If you wish to join our mailing list, you have the opportunity to do this separately.
