Our social mission
- To foster a love for writing and storytelling and to promote writing as a means to support wellbeing.
- To support the animals who offer humans such comfort by giving to animal charities whose ethos reflects our own.
Our community projects
- Book review project We worked with over 30 children who are home educated or otherwise out of school to encourage reading and build their literary confidence. Offering free review copies of our books, the children provided reviews in the way that they felt most comfortable.
- Writing and wellbeing. We are committed to promoting writing as a means to support wellbeing and literacy through our blog and social media.
- Support for animal charities. We pledge 50% of our bookshop profits to our selected animal charity.
- Children's publishing project. We are working on a project to support kids to write and publish their own short animal story. Watch this space!

We support Birmingham Dogs home, a charity close to our home and our heart.
