We offer returns and exchanges in compliance with UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations, 2013 and Consumer Rights Act, 2015). If you have any issue with your order, please contact us.

GDPR: How we share your information with our partners

We work with printing partners, Bookvault and Prodigi, to create our products. We share your information with our partners and their carriers for the sole purpose of producing and shipping your items.

Our retention policy

Subscriber data will be deleted as soon as possible on request. We endeavour to make regular, monthly, checks of our subscriber lists.

Customer transaction information will be kept for 6 years so that we can comply with the UK Limitations Act, 1980 and statutory reporting requirements of HMRC.

Copyright

The copyright, media use and reproduction rights of our bespoke books, art and illustrations are retained by Snow Fox Arts. Any reproduction or similar use of our copyrighted work must be agreed with Snow Fox Arts in advance.

We reserve the right to use our images on our website and in our advertising. We may also use our images to support our community publishing and literacy projects.
