Mailing list

If you sign up to our mailing list, we will store your information (name and email address) for the purpose of sending you exclusive offers, news and blogs. We will not share your information with any third parties, other than to fulfil this function.

Supporting our publication projects

We are a community publisher who asks for input and inspiration from our community to create our books. This includes requests for photographs of your pets and information about their characters.

This information is used as a basis for our hand drawn digital artworks and to inspire characters in our fictional stories. 

By sending your photographs and information about your pet you are agreeing to Snow Fox Arts using them to inspire its fictional characters and stories. We do not guarantee to use your information, but any pets that inspire our artwork will be acknowledged. Featured pets will also receive a free copy of any published book.

All rights of the characters, text and illustrations created by Snow Fox Arts from your photos/information will be reserved to Snow Fox Arts. Profits from our organisation, which includes profits from books sales, are reinvested into literacy projects and given to charity.

All rights of the photos sent to us will be reserved to the original photographer. We may wish to include a photograph of your pet in our communications. If so, we will ask for your permission to do this.

Please note that if you leave our mailing list and we later use your photo to inspire one of our publications, we will have no way of getting in touch with you to let you know or send you a free copy of the book. You will need to resubscribe to our service or get in touch with us directly.

Story Wall

Our story wall is published on our website and social channels. By sending us your image or story, you are agreeing to allow us to share it through these channels. 

We will credit you using your first name, unless you tell us to do it differently. Copyright of the work remains with the original artist. We will not use your artwork in any of our products or books.

If you would like to amend or remove your work from our website, please send us an email: publishing@snowfoxarts.com. We will action your request as soon as possible.

While we will make every effort to represent your work accurately and to reserve your rights on our website and social media platforms, Snow Fox Arts is not responsible for how the work is shared or used by third parties.
